Answers...

1. What designs will I need for my venue?
The Most popular designs are

Reception: top table, guest tables, top table swag and pedestals.
Church: Archway, topiary tress, pedestals, pew ends, alter and windows.

Individual designs would be discussed to reflect the theme, but these are areas to cover in your consultation.

2. Who will require buttonholes?
Traditionally, all those attending, but more recently people tend to buy for family members and immediate bridal party.

3. Do you deliver and can you 'set-up' the venue?
Included in your quotation will be two delivery locations, additional deliveries can be made but will incur an additional fee of £5 per drop. 'Set-up' of pre-made designs is once again included in your costings. Designs which need to be constructed 'in-situ' incur an additional fee.

4. When do I need to book and how much notice do you require?
It is advisable to book a.s.a.p. You will be assigned your personal floral consultant who will only undertake two weddings per day to ensure personal service at all times.

5. Who needs to attend a consultation?
You are more than welcome to attend with as many people who need to assist you. However, please remember you will need to discuss your dress, and may wish to order 'thank you' bouquets for mums etc. For this reason, many of our brides like to attend their first consultation alone!

6. How do I decide which flowers will be appropriate for my theme?
It is always best to consider the season and bridesmaids gowns. Opulent golds and reds may look beautiful in a county home in December, but not so suited to a simmer wedding in a marquee. The modern decor of a trendy hotel would suit 'structured forms' but not necessarily a country bouquet. Look at your venue, time of year and the overall 'feel' you are wishing to create. Your florist will happily help you build the complete look. 'Off-site' visits to venues are recommended for venues new to your florist. This will incur a one-off fee.

7. Can you 'personalise' my designs?
We aim to create 'perfect flowers' which are a unique as you are. We can personalise your floral designs in many ways, including jewels, diamantés, pearls, feathers and much more. Any accessories you may have in your theme or that 'something special' to you can be included within your designs.

8. Can you supply photographs of suggested designs?
Photographs can be supplied where clients live far away or work commitments don't allow for a face to face consultation. We have worked with couples getting married and living in London and overseas. All details have been arranged via email and photos without a one-to-one consultation taking place. "A great surprise on the day with flowers which exceeded all expectations," quoted our client via email after her wedding. We try not to send photos of designs from our 'Happy couples' album as we work with these each day within the store.

9. Can you arrange a consultation out of hours?
For you convenience we can arrange in store, home or work consultations at anytime to fit into your busy schedule.

10. When and how do I need to pay?
Once having decided you would like us to work with you, a deposit is requested to confirm your booking. Your balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. Further payment details are available on request. We accept cash, cheque, credit and debit cards.

We hope you find this list useful. If you have any further questions or simply need some helpful advice get in touch. We would be happy to talk to you.
